Conference «Learning Languages in the Digitalized Environment» will be held on May 27, 2022

Deutsch-Kasachische Universität (DKU) is happy to invite you to join the 3rd Annual Conference: Learning Languages in the Digitalized Environment which will be held online on May 27, 2022.

The main aim of the conference is to create a supportive, engaged community where local and international practitioners, researchers and experts could collaborate fruitfully and contribute one to another by sharing theoretical and practical experience. Participants will ally cognition in language learning and discussion its current trends to inclined digitalization domain. The keynote speakers and outstanding participants will once again gather together in order to express their visions, share their knowledge and introduce their best practices on a space that the ILTC DKU enables.

The main themes of the conference include and are not limited to:

• Theories and practices used for language learning in a digitalized environment.

• Adjustment of contemporary technologies to blended learning.

• .Applying metacognitive methods in language learning.

• Developing critical thinking skills while learning.

• Equality of opportunities for learning languages on distance mode.

The language of the conference is English.

The conference is free of charge.

Conference Structure & Scope:

The conference will comprise keynote speeches, presentations of research papers, discussions and workshops. Recording of the event will be available on the conference website and video streaming is also planned.

Certificates:

A certificate of attendance will be awarded to all attendees who will successfully complete a quiz at the end of the conference (link to the quiz will be available on the conference website).

Attendance without paper/workshop. It is possible to attend the Conference without delivering a presentation or a workshop, by registering, please register at https://clck.ru/dNcEtThe conference sessions will be held on the Zoom platform.
